You Wish insight is a customisable online lead generation platform.  The platform allows users and customers to tell companies and organisations what they want and companies can respond and engage in dialogue and sell services and products. The platform can be customised to different clients in different industry sectors.

How can my business use it?

It can be used in one of 2 ways:   Firstly as a marketplace for services,  for example for professional services, where consumers may be looking for specialists who are hard to find and where companies who provide those services can get user generated leads. Or secondly as a market research / co-creation platform

Why is it different?

1. Most lead generation platforms are very explicitly designed and controlled by the Suppliers using them. You Wish Insight is built from the perspective of the customer and is designed to allow them to express what they want on their own terms. Accordingly it provides a better source of genuine user generated leads and dialogue.
2. You Wish Insight is a highly visual environment, which provides more context and insight into what people say they want than pure text can deliver. Customers can post in any media format including video comments directly into the community
